November 2024 Update - Revised Proposals Submitted
Boutique Care Homes are delighted to present revised proposals to develop and operate a purpose built new 58 bed care home in Westmorland Road, Maidenhead, which have now been submitted to the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, planning application reference 24/00221.
This follows a comprehensive programme of stakeholder and community engagement, working with the planning officers of the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead, whose input has helped shape the revised proposals.

As we all know, the UK population is getting older. As a result the need for specialist accommodation and demand is more than ever.
Why This Site?
In Windsor & Maidenhead, not only is there a lack of care beds but the majority of the existing stock is not purpose built. During Covid, the need for purpose built care homes was apparent and Boutique Care Homes’ proposals will deliver this much needed facility for the local area.
